Technical Lead of small team responsible for architecting, administering, developing, training, and providing technical support in multiple SharePoint environments: SharePoint 2003 and 2010 On Prem, Classic and Modern Experience Online. Review, configure, and update settings in SharePoint Online Admin Center to optimize the environment to match business requirements. Combine efforts with other teams for development of various Governance requirements including Data Retention Policies, Azure B2B Collaboration, and Guest Access Entitlement Management. Coordinate the migration of approximately 875 On Prem SharePoint Sites into SharePoint Online utilizing ShareGate and PowerShell. Work with the Project Management Team consolidating Intranet content as various hospitals and practices are acquired and integrated into the Steward infrastructure; includes building out structure, migrating content, and providing users with training on the SharePoint platform. Coordinate efforts with third-party consultants to convert Infopath 2013 Forms and SharePoint 2013 Workflows into PowerApps solutions. Collaborate with C Suite Executives on an Intranet Redesign; which includes planning complete overhaul of the SharePoint Online environment to improve information architecture, transform four levels of nested subsites to all Top Level Sites, convert Sites from Classic to Modern Experience, and optimize M365 Group usage. Oversee the closure of roughly 4,000 Sites and the dispersal of content where appropriate due to the company's divestiture. Assist fellow M365 Team members in the development of PowerApps as well as implementing Enterprise wide Governance on that platform. Handle tickets supporting approximately 50K users across roughly 40 locations nationwide with any issues related to SharePoint. Work closely with rest of the M365 Team to assist in problem resolution with overlapping technologies as needed.

Upon completion of the class members can join the Hingham Citizens Police Academy Alumni, an association that focuses on the relationship between the community and the Hingham Police Department.
